My First Day

I was very excited the night before and woke up at 6:30 in the morning.  I started baking at 7, and didn’t finish until 4 pm.  I made a lot of batches.

Some things I learned today:

1. It takes me around 30-45 minutes to finish one batch of dough.  I was trying to do 20 minutes, but it became too hectic.

2. I need to turn both ovens on, and not just use the bottom oven.

3. Packaging takes longer than expected.

4. My mom does not like being Uber Eats Delivery. She gets grouchy around dinner time.

5. Employees (my mom) have bad attitudes sometimes. My dad says it’s hard to find good ones.

It was really fun, and I learned a lot!  My sister helped me with taking pictures and we might get an Instagram account.
