 MY STORY

Hello! My name is Annabel and I am the founder and owner of littlebaobaos. For every order, 10% of my profits go to Second Harvest Food Bank to help provide foods for others. 

 

During the quarantine, I began making lots of baos (buns). Since I have so much free time on my hands, I wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a professional baker and chef. I have been baking and cooking since I was five years old. 

This summer, I decided to create a bakery.  I learned about permits (I have one!  PT0496643), taking a Food Safety Course, and I learned about ingredient prices.
